Fred Flare

Fred Flare is another teen-centric site, but it doesn't say no twenty and thirtysomethings allowed.  Although maybe it should.  But they have cute cheap stuff so buy it and look cute, not cheap.  And they have fun gifts for under ten bucks.  Just because you are a cheap friend doesn't mean you have to be a bad one!

I'm not sure this would look good on me, but I have a feeling it would look great on you!
